I started on Suzie's Baby Blanket last night for my Cville CAL. I am using a mix of Lion Brand Jiffy and Paton Astra. The mixture of the yarns is perfect for the pattern we are using in the CAL. At least I think so! Hopefully I can get it finished this weekend as we drive all over the place for the last of the Christmas celebrations.

I am currently in my Intermediate Financial Accounting II class and have been fine until this chapter. It is all about different methods of valuations and I hate it. I do not care how to calculate the gross profit method of inventory valuation based on the Gross profit margin of cost. My solemn vow is to NEVER get a job where I need to know this.

Last night I made a scarf for my co-worker's daughter who had requested one for her build-a-bear. I used some left over yarn I had. I brought it in for my co-worker today and she was so excited it was like Christmas all over.

I also showed another co-worker the yarn I had picked out for her baby's blanket. She really liked it and I will begin making the blanket tonight. It is my C-ville Bably Blanket CAL project.

I need to take a second try at my Granny Square for my swap but at still intimidated. Maybe tomorrow....

I have finally caved in and started my first blog. I know absolutely nothing about any of this and hope to learn as I go. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
